- Get seeds which have been saved from last year (or from the shops).
- In this instance it is runner beans, courgette or pumpkin, could be more though.
- Find a small plant pot which is roughly 10cm wide.
- Fill the pot with worm castings (or compost).
- Push one or two of the seeds into the pot.
- Cover with more worm castings (or compost).
- Spray the soil about three or four times to make sure the soil does not dry out.
- Leave on a sunny location.
- Each day check the soil has not dried out.
- If your not able to get to the pot every day, make sure the soil is moist enough to ensure it doesn’t dry out.
