- Wait for a dry and sunny day.
- Collect the flower seeds by removing the dried flower heads from the plants.
- Shake the seeds out of the flower head
- Place them into a small paper bag or envelope.
- Label your envelope so that you remember what the seeds are.
- Store seeds in a cool and dark spot for the winter
